We all know delays happen, especially when you are trying to make a physical release. Sometimes, it keeps your trilogy from shipping with all three games. In this case we don’t know why there was a delay, but at least we can tell you the new date instead of just awkwardly shrugging with a pained expression.
Apex Construct’s physical release date has moved from July 31st to August 28th. One month isn’t so bad as far as delays go, but we would probably warn them to veer away from the rest of the year with its onslaught of AAA games.
For those unfamiliar with the game, Apex Construct was designed for the PSVR. The last human survivor is fighting against the tyranny of super computers with a bow and arrow. As you collect resources, you can make upgrades to your weapons and equipment.
As you wait for August 28th, you can check out our review here.
Jason became terminally addicted to videogames after receiving the NES at an early age. This addiction grew to include PC gaming and was cemented with the launch of the PS2. From then on, he was afflicted with epic RPGs, tense shooters, and deep strategy games, never becoming skillful, but never able to quit. He continues to play games (poorly) and share his passion for them to anyone willing to listen.
