The studio behind Conan Exiles has announced that the title has bettered its sales expectations.
Funcom had targeted a figure of 487,000 units over the entire year. Yet in its first 28 days, the open-world survival game has already surpassed 480,000. And better yet, it was profitable by the end of its first week. This is the first time in Funcom’s recent history that they have made their money back in seven days or less.
A PS4 version has already been announced as in development, but in light of the success we have now been told to expect a launch during Q1 of 2018. Extra funding will also be invested.
We’ll let you know as soon as a more exact date is announced.
