If you’re a fan of RPGs and have yet to give the Enhanced Edition of Divinity: Original Sin for the PS4 a go then we highly suggest you go and do that. The game’s sequel is coming to PC later this year and we reckon the best way to get that ported over to console is to support the first game.
In Divinity: Original Sin the player takes control of a two character party of Source Hunters, although you’ll be able to bolster up your force with two more characters earlier on in the game. Original Sin oozes with depth in every aspect of the game from combat, to quests, to dialog, to exploration, and beyond. For example, in the turn-based combat you could have one character drop a pool of oil on your enemies, then follow it up by lighting the oil on fire with a fire arrow, and finally you could create a gas cloud in the fire to cause an explosion.
This great game has recently received an update which has fixed a slight problem related to a crash that was caused by opening certain interfaces. We never actually experienced such crashes during our playthroughs, but it’s a welcome fix none the less. You can see the patch notes in a screenshot below for yourself.
Conor is Pure PlayStation’s resident Irishman. Naturally that means he’s constantly slurring his words and turning up stinking of Guiness with a potato in his pocket. It’s not all bad though, because Conor is also a PlayStation nut. When he’s not doing his best Father Jack impression (Father Ted, watch it) he’s got a DualShock 4 in his hand and a Vita in the other. Yeah, we don’t know how he manages it either.
