Sony has finally announced the official release date for Polyphony Digital’s Gran Turismo Sport: October 18th, 2017.
Posting over on the official PlayStation Blog, Polyphony President Kazunori Yamauchi revealed not just the release date, but also a short trailer to build a bit of hype.
Yamauchi also noted that we’ll be hearing a lot more in the coming months about the game’s features, campaign mode, creative tools, as well as a full reveal of all the game’s cars and tracks that will be available on launch day.
If you’re wanting to lock in your pre-order and guarantee yourself a copy of the game on launch day (not that it’s even necessary…) then you can pre-order the game digitally on the PlayStation Network, or via your favourite retailer. As is standard these days, there’s a few different editions to choose from in addition to the Standard Edition:
- Gran Turismo Sport Collector’s Edition
- Gran Turismo Sport Steel Book Edition
- Gran Turismo Sport Day 1 Edition
- Gran Turismo Sport Digital Deluxe Edition
- Gran Turismo Sport Digital Edition
