Heads up, PlayStation gamers, there’s some incoming downtime for the PSN next week. Sony has updated the official PSN status page to let us all know that we can expect around two hours of downtime on the PSN.
The expected maintenance will start at 6:30AM on April 19th and will end 8:30AM the same day. So only two hours then. It’s not the longest maintenance ever and we’re sure that a fair few of you will still be tucked up in bed while Sony’s technicians work their magic.
As is usual with planned PSN maintenance, you won’t be able to do everything that you normally do, a stated by Sony.
“Anyone who already has an account can still sign in to their PlayStation Network profile, play games, and use most applications while this maintenance is carried out. You will not be able to access Account Management, PlayStation Video, and PlayStation Store during this maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience.”
