A new patch is available for Bioware’s latest epic space adventure, and there are fixes to the single and multiplayer. Along with the usual vague stability and performance language, the cinematics have been improved, enemies should now not be stuck in rocks, and you can switch out a dead character without killing them permanently. It will also keep SAM from mistakenly telling Ryder about new emails that do not exist.
The multiplayer patch implements some tweaks to weapon damage in Gold and Silver difficulties, enemy factions, and combat powers to name a few. The multiplayer game before and after this patch could be very different, so, if you have a loadout you love, you may want to view the entire list of multiplayer patch notes here to see if you need to make some changes.
Despite the fact there are no plans to make a new Mass Effect game for now, we are glad to see Bioware and EA make good on their commitment to continue to release patches. For anyone who has yet to play Andromeda, or for anyone who gave up until a new patch was released, they will be playing a much better version of the game.
Check out the full single player patch notes, and let us know if you are ready to be the Pathfinder again.

Jason became terminally addicted to videogames after receiving the NES at an early age. This addiction grew to include PC gaming and was cemented with the launch of the PS2. From then on, he was afflicted with epic RPGs, tense shooters, and deep strategy games, never becoming skillful, but never able to quit. He continues to play games (poorly) and share his passion for them to anyone willing to listen.
