Bethesda has announced their initial intentions for a Fallout 76 Beta. But despite there being no news yet on a date, we do know that the PS4 is at the back of the queue.
The studio is already advertising for “test subjects”, who will be made up solely of those who’ve pre-ordered the title and received a code on their receipt. But even though they are yet to announce when the BETAs will start, they have published the news that Xbox One users will be first in line. We can only assume this is due to an arrangement made behind the scenes with regards to marketing and what not.
Here’s the advert, in case you’re quite partial to a hostile environment and fancy throwing your hat into the ring:

If this sounds like you, and you’ve pre-ordered Fallout 76, you can head over to the sign up page here and secure your place in the vault; a Bethesda.net will be required. Pre-ordering is, however, the only way to take part.
The online survival game is released on November 14th. And hopefully that’s all that’s launched that day…
Are you all prepped up for this re-imagining of the series? Or are you holding tight in your vault for news of Fallout 5? See if you can survive long enough to post a comment below.
