Are you the type of person who likes hair-pullingly tough games? Congrats, our masochistic friend, because we have a new thrill for you.
Sinner: Sacrifice for Redemption is about a soldier named Adam who is trying to save his soul. (Developers, you may want to reach out to Jewel for your credits’ track.) In order to do that, he has to face eight bosses that will likely destroy him quicker than you can find porn on the internet. The first seven bosses are based on the seven deadly sins, and you will need to be at your best to win.
However, that is not hard enough. Before each boss fight, you will have to choose which one of your stats will decrease. The fights will only become more difficult, but a sacrifice has to be made. Fortunately, you will be able to unlock differently weapons, but, unfortunately, Adam will not rank up to be more powerful as you fight against greater odds.
For those of you already in love, Sinner: Sacrifice for Redemption will be playable at Gamescom, but it will not be released until Q1 2018.
Jason became terminally addicted to videogames after receiving the NES at an early age. This addiction grew to include PC gaming and was cemented with the launch of the PS2. From then on, he was afflicted with epic RPGs, tense shooters, and deep strategy games, never becoming skillful, but never able to quit. He continues to play games (poorly) and share his passion for them to anyone willing to listen.
