The chocolate chickens have once again been made redundant until next year. But we’re still running on the last few E-numbers streaming through our veins and they’ll keep us going this weekend.
Hopefully you’re still with us too, and didn’t eat yourself into a chocolate coma. If so, feel free to share your plans below. And don’t forget to count your kiddies; who knows, perhaps one is still MIA in search of that elusive egg.
Now if we manage to find our controllers underneath the foil from Easters past, and if the buttons aren’t too chocolate-logged, this is how we’ll be weekending.
I’ll be finishing up a review of the point and click adventure game The Inner World. Spoiler alert it’s a… game. Then I’ll be finishing my play through of VR Invaders (I’ll be posting my first impressions and gameplay footage to the Pure Playstation YouTube page later today). If there is any time left, I’ll dive into the PSVR game Fated and see if I look good in Viking clothing.
A quiet weekend for me this week, will be finishing up my Kingdom Hearts play through and might jump straight into the second one (the benefits of HD collections), or risk venturing back into space with Mass Effect: Andromeda.
I’ll be spending this weekend getting to know Nioh, intimately. I’m finally getting round to this game I’ve been dying to play and my face is ready for some serious samurai demon-slaying action. Wish me luck.
I’m going to be finishing off a couple of games for review purposes then, if Charlie allows it, I’ll be getting into the PSVR to play a few rounds of DriveClub and RIGS: Mechanized Combat League. Sick bucket is sparkling and ready to go!
My weekend misadventures will include finishing up a title for review (not good), and then I’m gonna try to finish Salt and Sanctuary on the Vita (very good). Not video game related, but in the game of life, I feel like I brought a checkers board to a chess match. Oh, and I might stand in the center of my living room with my PSVR headset on, nerf gun at the ready, pretending I’m playing Farpoint.
I will be trying to finish up a review. After that, it is back to the enormous and addictive Persona 5 for more turn-based goodness.
I couldn’t resist picking up Stardew Valley Collector’s Edition, so I’ll be planting parsnips whilst muttering, ‘Just one more day. One more day won’t hurt.’ Don’t forget to check the weather channel!
