Sony Reveals Gamescom 2016 Lineup, PS VR Focus is Strong

In a post on the German PlayStation Blog  today, Sony has revealed its’ full lineup for Gamescom 2016.

There is no press conference this year, but an impressive showcase of 17 PlayStation VR and 3 PS4 games will be playable. In addition, there are a whole host of live video demos planned and an appearance from the PlayStation truck showing off the highlights upcoming on PSN. We’ve reproduced Sony’s full list below. There are also a host of screenshots along with the post, with the cars and lighting effects of Gran Turismo looking as photo-realistic as you might expect. Horizon Zero Dawn, Detroit: Become Human, Days Gone and Mafia III also get to share the limelight. Check them out down at the bottom.

The event will take place in Hall 7 at the Koelnmesse in Cologne, Germany Between the 17th-21st of August. For those of you lucky enough to be making the journey to Cologne, you can reserve a spot on one of the 50 VR stations on the blog now.
