Side-scrolling, bullet-hell, shoot ’em up games with an anime ascetic fans sure are going to be pleased. CFK’s Starry Nights: Helix is coming to the PlayStation 4. It tells the story of Soa, Blue, Eco, and Joshua as they fight back against an unknown maelstrom and strange occurrences all over their city. Each of them contribute their own unique attacks in side-scrolling, bullet-hell gameplay. Although there will be melee strikes to mix things up. You can check out the PS4 gameplay trailer above.
Starry Nights: Helix originally released for Steam in November of last year to mixed reviews. Needless to say, the colorful art design and anime appeal certainly was a positive. It’s expected to drop on the PlayStation Store tomorrow, February 17th, for $3.99. If you’ve already played it on the PC, let us know. We’re curious to hear your thoughts on the game.
