SUPERHOT VR and Arizona Sunshine are Getting Disc Releases Very Soon

Most PSVR games tend to release digitally. It makes sense, really, as when you’ve got your PSVR headset strapped around your head the last thing you want to be doing is taking it off and on to change games. Still, some games get released on disc. That’s good news for those with bandwidth limitations or just no proper fixed broadband at all. Hey, those people do exist – one of them writes for us!

If you fall into that niche – or perhaps you’re just an avid disc collector – then you’ll be pleased to know that two of the PSVR’s finest shooters will be getting retail releases in the near future.

The first is SUPERHOT VR – this writer’s Game of the Year for 2017, by the way – a first-person shooter where time only moves when you do. It’s a cracking game and a true showcase for what can be done in virtual reality. From February 28th you’ll be able to pick up a physical copy from your local video game retailer.

The second is Arizona Sunshine which will be released on March 21st as a physical release. Oddly enough, Sony is taking on publishing duties for this zombie shooter, not that it matters all that much.

At the time of writing there is no word on how much SUPERHOT VR and Arizona Sunshine will cost you, though we can’t see them being more expensive than their original digital release. However, you’ll probably save a few quid getting the games digitally due to sales and discount codes.

Will you be picking these up to add to your physical collection, or have you ditched the discs in favour of digital downloads? Shoot on down to the comments section below and let us know.
