Naughty Dog has released a brand new update for The Last of Us Remastered and The Last of Us: Left Behind that adds some extra PS4 Pro support. Nice!
The Last of Us Remastered update version 1.09 (Left Behind is 1.03) is out now and offers players the chance to chance resolution, framerate and shadow quality on PS4 Pro. This means if you’ve got your system hooked up to a fancy 4K telly, you’ll be able to get more out of your game than you previously could. If you’re not a 4KTV owner but do have a PS4 Pro, you can still benefit from the enhancements thanks to the supersampling that will give you a better image than a regular PS4.
There are also a few fixes for multiplayer exploits that some naughty boys and girls have been using to grief other players. The full patch notes are down below.
- Modified PlayStation®4 Pro enhancements settings
- Added user options related to the PlayStation®4 Pro enhancement settings
- Fixed an issue that could cause a player to aim downward inadvertently
- Fixed an exploit where players could throw a smoke bomb to get inside of level collision
