Ubisoft Opening Two New Studios In Europe

Ubisoft has announced they will be opening two more studios to assist with AAA titles. The new studios will be in Bordeaux and Berlin, and they are expected to assist other studios in making some of its biggest franchises.

Bordeaux is described as having great views and great food. With four existing studios in Lyon, Paris, Annecy, and Montpellier, the studio in Bordeaux will be collaborating on games such as Ghost Recon Wildlands, Just Dance, and Steep. Ubisoft is looking for new recruits to craft the next game with towers to climb (that joke was coming eventually), and you can check out employment opportunities at their Facebook page or go to http://jobs.ubisoft.com for details.

The team in Berlin will work with Ubisoft subsidiary, BlueByte, and they are working on a secret AAA game for now. The studio is looking to hire 50 new people, and you can go to their jobs section for more info.

If you are in the area, this might be the way to jump into the game industry. If you do, make sure you remember your friends at Pure PlayStation, and send some review codes and interviews our way as a thanks, you ungrateful slobs lovely people.

Jason became terminally addicted to videogames after receiving the NES at an early age. This addiction grew to include PC gaming and was cemented with the launch of the PS2. From then on, he was afflicted with epic RPGs, tense shooters, and deep strategy games, never becoming skillful, but never able to quit. He continues to play games (poorly) and share his passion for them to anyone willing to listen.
