PQube and Corecell Technology have announced today that they will be releasing AeternoBlade II later this year on PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch, and celebrate the announcement they’ve dropped a brand new trailer giving us our first look at the game in action.
This time around you’ll be able to play as three unique characters, including Freyja who returns from the first game, and the new members of the gang, Felix and Bernard. You’ll guide the trio through dimensions in the fight against the Dark Abyss. You’ll need to use the special skills of each character to solve puzzles, platforming sections, and dynamic combat that includes a “visually striking combo system,” according to the press release I’m rewording for this article.
There’s no set release date at the time of writing, though the press release and accompanying trailer state that the game will be releasing Autumn 2019. Not too long to wait then.
