Ubisoft have broken the first two rules of Fight Club with this weekend’s community event because they: (1) spoke about Fight Club and (2) spoke about Fight Club. The event is called ‘Fisticuffs of February’ and as the title implies players must participate in the game’s various fight clubs to earn 33% extra cash and XP. The event starts later today at 9pm and will end on the 29th of February at 8:59am.
The post under the PS4’s ‘Events’ tab also revealed that the Fight Club activity is the game’s most popular activity. Ubisoft has said that ‘you’ve made it abundantly clear over the course of these Community Events that your favourite activity is Fight Club.’ It seems then that with this weekend’s event Ubisoft are simply giving the people what they want.

Conor is Pure PlayStation’s resident Irishman. Naturally that means he’s constantly slurring his words and turning up stinking of Guiness with a potato in his pocket. It’s not all bad though, because Conor is also a PlayStation nut. When he’s not doing his best Father Jack impression (Father Ted, watch it) he’s got a DualShock 4 in his hand and a Vita in the other. Yeah, we don’t know how he manages it either.
