Today marks the start of the Battleborn open-beta on PS4. From today you’ll be able to download the Battleborn open beta client from the PlayStation Store and then get stuck into what Gearbox has been cooking for the last couple of years.
Or at least that was the plan. In a twist that’ll surprise nobody, the Battleborn servers have already had their fair share of problems. If you’ve tried to download the beta client from the PSN but have encountered errors, don’t worry, it’s not your fault (probably). Gearbox has since taken to twitter to confirm that the beta’s servers are having a few problems and that the team is working hard and fast to get everything back up and running.
Pure PlayStation will of course be diving into the Battleborn beta on PS4 to bring you our impressions, screenshots and gameplay videos. Keep an eye out for more in the coming days.
Have you had problems with the Battleborn beta, or are you one of the lucky few who hasn’t had a worry in the world? Give us your best battle cry down in the comments section below.
