Bloodborne developer From Software has a lot going on at the moment. We’ve had the divisive Deracine recently release for PSVR, and we’ve still got Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice to come next year. However, that’s not all, according to From Software’s Hidetaka Miyazaki.
The chief recently spoke with Japanese outlet 4Gamer (yes, we’re using them again!) and revealed that his studio is actually working on two unannounced games, but that we should wait a while before expecting to see anything.
“While it isn’t the time to discuss details, they’re both [From Software]-esque games,” Miyazaki revealed. “We’ll need a little more time, but we’ll be able to tell everyone more about them once they take shape.”
It sounds like they’re pretty early on in development, so perhaps we won’t be seeing these two games – whatever they are – for quite a while yet. It’s also possible that they’re in development for Sony’s next-gen console. We are pretty late in the PS4’s cycle, so it’s about that time where developers start working on games with a view to future machines.
Chris has been writing about gaming news for far too long, and now he’s doing it even more. A true PlayStation know-it-all, Chris has owned just about every Sony console that ever existed. Trophies are like crack to this fella. (Bronze trophies, that is – he only has one Platinum.)
