Our review of Planet Coaster is coming soon, but you can check out the gameplay for yourself. We have an upbeat official accolades trailer celebrating how much fun people had with the game. My personal impressions so far are that it is indeed fun, so no myth-busting there. There’s a career mode that will teach you how to play while letting you solve problems and keep your guests happy. You can also just build your own park any way you want, and the amount of customization is huge.
If you want to see the beginning tutorial, I captured fifteen minutes on the PS5, and you can see that up at the top. It gives you an uncut view of the game, and the world is very charming.
Once we have collected our thoughts and put pen to paper for the review, we’ll let you know if you should prepare for a long career of park management or if you should be sending your resume elsewhere.

Jason became terminally addicted to videogames after receiving the NES at an early age. This addiction grew to include PC gaming and was cemented with the launch of the PS2. From then on, he was afflicted with epic RPGs, tense shooters, and deep strategy games, never becoming skillful, but never able to quit. He continues to play games (poorly) and share his passion for them to anyone willing to listen.
