Do you want to get lost in a critically acclaimed RPG (93 on Metacritic) for scores of hours? If you answered yes, then you have a real treat today. Bandai Namco announced it is bringing Divinity: Original Sin 2 Definitive Edition to the PS4 on August 31st.
The world of Rivellon has been abandoned by the gods. Dark evils are lurking everywhere. A powerful group is grabbing mages, because they think they are the cause of dangerous rifts appearing. Your merry group of four adventurers will try to make Rivellon great again, but there is a twist – only one of you can become a god.
Since this is a CRPG on consoles, there have been some changes. You can still create your own character, and the world will respond to whatever you make. There will be a journal, a new tutorial, PVP area, and chapter three has been rewritten for more story content.
Divinity: Original Sin 2 Definitive Edition will be launching August 31st.

Jason became terminally addicted to videogames after receiving the NES at an early age. This addiction grew to include PC gaming and was cemented with the launch of the PS2. From then on, he was afflicted with epic RPGs, tense shooters, and deep strategy games, never becoming skillful, but never able to quit. He continues to play games (poorly) and share his passion for them to anyone willing to listen.
