Overcooked 2 has been healthily fed with content since its release. And this is a trend that is set to continue. The latest is the so called Night of the Hangry Horde DLC, which will see you fighting to keep your head above the rapeseed oil.
The antagonists will be the familiar Unbread, though this time they’ll be trying to ram raid your kitchen. Your only hope of survival lies in your serving ability at a number of serving stations, where successfully cooking a recipe will see the hangry horde appeased; for a little while at least. But as I know from personal experience, you won’t like people when they’re hungry and failure to satisfy their raging taste buds cannot end well. And we’re talking more than simply revoking your food hygiene rating.
But there are a few more courses to this horror feast that should whet your appetite. That’s because, in addition to a number of new unlockable chefs, there will also be new recipes and normal playing levels added to the menu.
If bought separately, the DLC will cost you £7.99, without the option of fries wth that. But if you’ve already bought the buffet that is called the Overcooked 2 Season Pass, then simply go right up with your plate and help yourself because it’s included in the price.
