As promised, EA has come up with the goods and has shown off Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, giving E3 2019 the kick off it deserves. Instead of actually being at E3 2019 with a conference, EA is hosting a number of livestreams as part of its EA Plays event, and today’s stream brought us our first look at Respawn Entertainment’s Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order.
The gameplay clip is up above, though you’ll have to scroll through to the relevant part. Unless, of course, you want to sit through all the pre-reveal chatter. Assuming you want to get straight to the goods, you’ll want to skips to the 33-minutes mark to start watching the gameplay.
We get a decent look at the game in action, too. There’s climbing, wall-running, and even some lightsaber action. It looks a little by the numbers, but it’s Star Wars and there’s a lightsaber swinging around. It’s hard to not enjoy it.
We’ll have more Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order output over the next few hours as we pour over every detail that has been released so far by EA and Respawn. Until then, enjoy the video up above and start ticking off the days until release: November 15th, 2019.
Chris has been writing about gaming news for far too long, and now he’s doing it even more. A true PlayStation know-it-all, Chris has owned just about every Sony console that ever existed. Trophies are like crack to this fella. (Bronze trophies, that is – he only has one Platinum.)
