At the Future Games Show, it was announced that the story-driven thriller Conway: Disappearance at Dahlia View will be coming this autumn for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Switch and PC.
Conway: Disappearance at Dahlia View is a mysterious observational thriller from White Paper Games who are the creators of The Occupation and Ether One. Therefore, expect many strange and unsettling twists and turns along the way.
Set in 1950s England, the retired private investigator Robert Conway dusts off his detective coat and is thrown back into the heart of the dark world of crime-solving when a young eight-year-old girl named Charlotte May is reported missing.
You investigate crimes from the comfort of your own home and watch your neighbours’ activities from the apartment window as they go about their daily lives whilst doubting their behaviour. This aspect feels very reminiscent of Alfred Hitchcock’s iconic movie, Rear Window. The comparisons made are even more uncanny as you do all this confined to your wheelchair.
Conway becomes even more suspicious as time passes and takes it upon himself to investigate the young girl’s disappearance personally. Through pursuing possible leads, unearthing clues, and studying the resident’s dubious behaviour, you try to piece together all the parts of the puzzle to help get to the bottom of the case, along with the shady goings-on of the inhabitants. Nobody said that discovering the truth would be easy.
Will you be investigating the bone-chilling case at Dahlia View?
