E3 2021: Murder Mystery The Forgotten City Will Be Heading to PS5 and PS4 Next Month

Publisher Dear Villagers have announced that the nail-biting murder mystery, The Forgotten City, will finally be released on July 28 2021, for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC with a Nintendo Switch port scheduled for later this year.

The Forgotten City is an ancient Roman whodunnit, with a twisted time loop playing a vital role. In a cursed ancient city, everyone will suffer the ultimate consequence if one person breaks the golden rule. The game will feature multiple endings, along with an exciting character roleplay system, choosing your sex, race, and personal backstory.

You can choose to take the violent path; however, this will only get you so far, as if you want to crack the case open, you’ll have to exploit time loops and make critical moral decisions. There is a wide-open Roman city to explore with lots of historical art, architecture and traditions to discover. There are also many in-depth interactive characters to question, using your arsenal of charm, bribery, or violence to probe them further to get to the bottom of this mystery.
