A few days ago we told you that the free-to-play endless runner Jetpack Joyride would be getting a release on PS4 in the UK, Europe, and North America.
It’s since released on the PlayStation Store in those regions, though not all is good with Barry Steakfries’ return. No, instead of being a typical free-to-play game (the game features a ton of in-app purchases,) you’ll have to stump up a few quid before being pressured into micro-transactions. Can’t say we’re too pleased at this one.
Jetpack Joyride costs $2.99/£2.99 and is available now. We’d rather just stick with the mobile versions which don’t actually cost to play…
We sometimes link to online retail stores. If you buy something from our links, we may make a small commission which goes towards keeping the lights on and coffee in the pot.
