Codemasters’ F1 2020 has some of the biggest courses in the world, and the next one takes you to Vietnam. In a new trailer released today, the Hanoi Circuit gives players a taste of the 5.613km track. The video was recorded by the developer and features the Scuderia Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc. I’m not much of a sim racer, but, while driving the track looks really intense, the trailer is a really zen experience with the engine audio and flipping between the exterior and interior views of the car.
The game’s Director, Lee Mather, had this to say about the experience of the Hanoi Circuit.
“We’re always excited to create new experiences for our players. Hanoi Circuit delivers both thrills and challenges, set against the backdrop of the stunning city skyline. Hanoi Circuit is an adrenaline rush with high speeds, long straights and heavy braking zones, but it will punish anyone who doesn’t respect the walled sections.”
F1 2020 is nearing release, and players will be able to experience real F1 tracks and cars when the game takes a pit stop for its July 10th release. If you buy the F1 2020 Michael Schumacher Deluxe Edition for an extra $10, you will receive some extra content and access to the game three days earlier. Check out the trailer to see the Hanoi Circuit and see if you’ll need to add F1 2020 to your busy summer gaming schedule.

Jason became terminally addicted to videogames after receiving the NES at an early age. This addiction grew to include PC gaming and was cemented with the launch of the PS2. From then on, he was afflicted with epic RPGs, tense shooters, and deep strategy games, never becoming skillful, but never able to quit. He continues to play games (poorly) and share his passion for them to anyone willing to listen.
