Fate/EXTELLA LINK Releasing Next Month

Fate/EXTELLA LINK will hit the PS4 and PS Vita (yes, really) on March 19th. Although you can buy a physical copy (or fancy special edition) on the PS4, the PS Vita will only be available digitally. The 4v4 online mode will only be available on the PS4, but it’s still nice to see the handheld that Sony abandoned at developer’s doors see some love.

Fate/EXTELLA LINK continues the story started in Fate/EXTELLA: The Umbral Star. You will need to protect the digital world of SE.RA.PH and mow through armies of enemies with your favorite servants. LINK adds ten new servants to the roster, bringing the total to 26, and the trailer gives you a good view of them in action.

There are two special editions on the Marvelous online store. The Joyeuse Edition (£74.99) comes with the game, a soundtrack CD with 26 tracks, 10 servant cards, a cloth poster, and an acrylic diarama housed in a fancy box. If your love of the series knows no bounds, the Emperor of Paladins Edition was made for you. For £119.99, you receive everything in the Joyeuse Edition plus the Holy Tile of the Moon Mahjong set. It has images of the servants, and it was previously only available in Japan. Weighing in at 3.3 kg, it’s a heavy package that will require you to sign for delivery. Next month is looking pretty packed, and Fate/EXTELLA LINK will be joining that busy release schedule on March 19th.
