Final Fantasy VII Remake Demo is Real, Intro Leaked Online
Remember the Final Fantasy VII Remake demo that kind of leaked before Christmas? It was nothing more than an entry on the PlayStation Store database, but it gave us all good reason to believe that Square Enix would be deploying a playable demo for the game ahead of its March 3rd, 2020 release date.
Now we have definitive proof that the demo is real; some nerd has managed to pull the files from the PlayStation Store servers and run it on a PS4 console. Unfortunately, it’s not full of gameplay, instead it shows the main menu as well as the game’s intro video before it transitions to gameplay where YouTube user Lystrasza has pulled the biggest cock tease by ending the video there. Cheeky indeed.
It’s about as good as confirmation as you could ask for, all we need now is for Square Enix to come out and tell us when the demo will be officially available to download on PS4.
Final Fantasy VII Remake will release on March 3rd, 2020, exclusively for PlayStation 4.
