The latest update for Firewall Zero Hour on PSVR has gone live, bringing the game up to version 1.29. Despite what the official patch notes on the PS4 state, it’s more than just general fixes and stability – there’s a new map to play!
The new update adds a free new map for players to get their shooty-bang-bang fix on. The new map is called FOB (Forward Operating Base) and it’s set in the desert – a welcome change from the usual urban/dark maps that make up the majority of Firewall’s playable maps.
The update also brings some extra stability and general fixes, and players are reporting that the matchmaking has been better than ever, though your mileage may vary.
The Firewall Zero Hour 1.29 update is quite a beefy one, coming in at around 3.7GB, so make sure you’ve enough room on your hard drive to download and install the new update.
Firewall Zero Hour hosted a free weekend trial on the weekend just gone, and was also a part of the weekend sales, so here’s hoping that there are more players to join up with (and rookies to stomp all over! What? It makes me feel good…)
