Turbo Button, the developer behind the VR puzzler Floor Plan, has announced today that it will be releasing Floor Plan for the PlayStation VR this March 20th in North America and will cost $5.99. PS Plus subscribers can get a 20% discount, too.
The game was originally released on PC and mobile virtual reality platforms where it received some decent feedback from critics and players alike. If you’ve not heard of Floor Plan before, here’s a quick run down:
- Walk around the elevator, grab things, and press buttons! Or if you’d rather enjoy your buttons from a distance, you can play seated or standing with a variety of control options. (Control and movement options may vary between platforms)
- Floor Plan takes mechanics from your favorite classic point-and-click adventure games and reimagines them for first person VR. Whether you dream of inventory puzzles or you’re a newcomer to the genre, you’ll see it like you’ve never seen it before.
- Figure out alternate solutions to puzzles, solve them in different orders, or call the operator if you need a nudge in the right direction.
Additionally, PS4 Pro owners will get a nice boost in frame rate with their fancy machines. While the regular PS4 and PS4 Slim will run the game at 90fps, PS4 Pro owners will get 120fps. Not bad at all. Almost makes buying a PS4 Pro worth it…
