It’s your move in this turn-based RPG.
In this game that has been described as being part XCOM, part Heroes of Might and Magic III, while still having its own unique tactical environment interactions, you as the player get to decide what level of challenge you wish to face. This makes the game incredibly approachable to all levels of players be it a tactical game pro or someone new to the genre entirely.
As someone that enjoys a good tactical game now and then this is certainly something I will be keeping an eye on and perhaps playing if the mood strikes me.
Get ready to help build towns, collect mysterious artefacts, improve your brave heroes and make the most of physics in-game to get a tactical advantage as you explore the wondrous world of Fort Triumph.
All this in an adorable designed and aesthetically pleasing land packed with humour that is sure to make you giggle makes Fort Triumph a game that will be a pleasure to play on consoles after its successful launch on PC last year.
Adam Zeria, CEO of CookieByte Entertainment said:
“We love turned-based games and thought, what better way to honour the genre than to create a game that marries the strategic elements of XCOM and the icon features of Hero’s of Might and Magic,
“Although the core of the game is based on a few familiar concepts, we took things up a notch by adding a tactical layer to environmental interactions, and the possibility for players to manipulate surroundings.”
The game can currently be purchased on the PlayStation Store for £15.99/$19.99, those that have PlayStation Plus will have a 20% discount on the purchase, though this will end on the 20th.
