Gamescom 2016: Resident Evil 7 Gamescom Trailer Shows Capcom Continues in the Right Direction

Not much has been seen or heard from the next Resident Evil game since the demo for it was announced at Sony’s E3 2016 conference. Now Capcom has released an utterly terrifying trailer as apart of this year’s Gamescom with additional info to boot. We are introduced to Marguerite Baker and her brother, Jack, whose Louisiana plantation house isn’t quite what it used to be. For starters there is a mysterious, seemingly normal, looking girl slowly chasing Marguerite with a lantern. The girl seems normal enough but the reactions to her are anything but. The lack of shooting your way out of everything is also a plus. Enjoy the trailer below.
