Calling all Cthulhu and cosmic horror fans! I have a treat for you. There is a new trailer for The Sinking City. It is only a cinematic, but it proves this game needs to be on your radar for next year. It is about three minutes long. I won’t spoil it, but, with fewer than 4,000 views on YouTube, it has been criminally under watched.
In The Sinking City, you are Charles Winfield Reed, a survivor of World War I and the lone survivor of a submarine accident. After a stay in a mental hospital, you leave for the city of Oakmont, Massachusetts to look for your memories. The city is partially submerged in water, and there are mysterious happenings with strange local legends about the ocean.
If you have already watched the trailer, you know something is not right. We will have to wait until The Sinking City’s release date on March 21st, 2019 to find out the truth and to see if you are sane or the whole world’s just crazy.

Jason became terminally addicted to videogames after receiving the NES at an early age. This addiction grew to include PC gaming and was cemented with the launch of the PS2. From then on, he was afflicted with epic RPGs, tense shooters, and deep strategy games, never becoming skillful, but never able to quit. He continues to play games (poorly) and share his passion for them to anyone willing to listen.
