Have you always thought of yourself as a DIY aficionado? Do you dream of taking a run down dump of a house and turning it into a profitable dwelling? Screw the legal fees and actual hard work, you will soon be able to do it all from the comfort of your couch as House Flipper is releasing on PS4 and Xbox One later this month.
House Flipper is exactly what it sounds like. You take on jobs renovating run-down homes, eventually taking on full houses and selling them for a profit. It’s a niche, sure, but so are most simulator games, and the walls at my local electronics store are packed from top to bottom with simulator games. There’s definitely a market for such weird little games, then.
There’s a fresh trailer up above and it’s worth a look if you’re interested. It’s worth noting that the game originally released on PC a couple of years ago and at the time of writing it’s sitting on a ‘Very Positive’ user rating.
House Flipper will release on February 25th on PS4 and February 26th on Xbox One.

Chris has been writing about gaming news for far too long, and now he’s doing it even more. A true PlayStation know-it-all, Chris has owned just about every Sony console that ever existed. Trophies are like crack to this fella. (Bronze trophies, that is – he only has one Platinum.)
