Earlier today we told you about a guy whose PSN account was slapped with a perma-ban from Sony because his PSN ID was ‘iJihad’ – in reference to his actual name, Jihad.
Turns out that Sony has finally presented the poor lad a solution by changing his online ID, though it’s far from perfect, it’s still better than losing access to all the content he’s amassed over the years.
It’s silly that such a thing has even happened in the first place but we’re just glad that Jihad can get on with playing his games. God help your host here if Sony sees his PSN ID…

Chris has been writing about gaming news for far too long, and now he’s doing it even more. A true PlayStation know-it-all, Chris has owned just about every Sony console that ever existed. Trophies are like crack to this fella. (Bronze trophies, that is – he only has one Platinum.)
