Rockstar Games has announced today that it will be releasing L.A Noire on PS4 this November 14th. It’s come as something as a surprise, despite the many rumours that flew around over the summer, but we’ll take anything we can get. Hey, more games is always better, right?
According to Rockstar Games, the PS4 version will come with all the additional DLC that was released when the game was originally on PS3, as well as a “range of technical enhancements for greater visual fidelity and authenticity, including enhanced lighting and clouds, high-resolution textures and more”.
Naturally, then, the game will run at 1080p natively for the PS4 and PS4 Slim, while the PS4 Pro will boast 4K resolution, though whether that’s full 4K or checkerboard isn’t known.
To be honest, we’re a little bummed that this is the game that Rockstar has decided to remaster at this point in time. What about the classic GTA IV? What about Max Payne 3? Well, like we said, it’s better than nothing…
