The Yakuza series has had a huge resurgence in the last few years with new games coming to the West and full remakes of old games. The latest entry, Yakuza 6, once again sees Kazuya Kiryu having to fix some trouble for his family.
After spending three years in prison, he is released to find his beloved Haruka in a coma. He is also caring for her infant son, but this does not (we hope) turn into Yakuza 6: Baby’s Day Out.
The trailer shows plenty of spare time to beat up other gangsters, underwater fishing, and taking selfies. Oh, and you will probably solve a mystery involving other yakuza who are not part of a daddy daycare.
With a full Japanese voice track for the game, we look forward to seeing what other terrible baby movie references we can drop before Yakuza 6: The Song of Life releases on March 20th, 2018.

Jason became terminally addicted to videogames after receiving the NES at an early age. This addiction grew to include PC gaming and was cemented with the launch of the PS2. From then on, he was afflicted with epic RPGs, tense shooters, and deep strategy games, never becoming skillful, but never able to quit. He continues to play games (poorly) and share his passion for them to anyone willing to listen.
