Listen to Your Banana in My Friend Pedro; Available Now

The Switch hung onto this one for far too long, so I’m happy to see My Friend Pedro come to the PS4. I haven’t played it yet, but it looks like a John Wickian shooter with a sentient banana. You’ll be trick shooting your way through levels using techniques such as split aiming and throwing on enough slo-mo action to give Max Payne warm feelings in his special place while killing everything in your way. What’s not to like?

The PS4 version will also include the Code Yellow content. It gives you fourteen more game modifiers, the ability to hide the HUD, and an in-game timer for speedrunners among other options. The Digital Devolver published game will cost you $19.99 USD (or local equivalent), and you can grab it right now.

If you want a taste of the weird and you know you do, check out the trailer. There’s no gameplay, but I’ve watched it several times already.
