Monster Hunter World Styled PS4 Pro Heading to Europe and North America

Monster Hunter World

January looks set to be a good month for Monster Hunter fans. Not only is the newest game in the franchise, Monster Hunter World, launching on January 26th but the release all also be accompanied by a specially-styled PS4 Pro console.

The black console will be emblazoned with a greyed out figure of a monster and a splash of red. Maybe blood splatter from a ravenous winged beast?

The 1TB customised console will come bundled with a red controller, itself decorated with a design worthy of any monster hunter, and a physical copy of the game. A dynamic theme will also be available to buyers alongside a few vouchers to be spent on in-game item sets.

In our eyes, the console appears to be a good-looking custom model. The controller, however, we’ll have to wait and see; from a distance it looks like it has a couple of tribal tattoos. But what do we know?

The answer to that is we don’t know much more than that, we’re afraid. Only that, in America, the monster hunter World PS4 Pro bundle will be exclusively stocked by GameStop and retail at $449.99. “Check local stockists”, we are advised.
