Dead Secret is releasing on the PS4 on April 24th, and it won’t be your normal horror game. It will be playable with the PSVR or in the much scarier real world without the PSVR. While the developers cannot promise you will not soil yourself, the goal is to give you more psychological scares while unraveling a mystery.
Although there are only scant details from the developers of Headmaster, we know that you will be investigating a murder in a recently abandoned house. As the curious home invader, you will uncover documents and details about the deceased by poking through their former belongings. We are not sure if the player’s role will be official or more of a Scooby Doo detective.
No trailer was attached to the announcement on the PlayStation Blog, but we found one from 2015. Dead Secret has probably had some changes since then, but it should give you an idea of what to expect.
If nothing else, maybe it can explain why a monkey with cymbals toy is so creepy.
Jason became terminally addicted to videogames after receiving the NES at an early age. This addiction grew to include PC gaming and was cemented with the launch of the PS2. From then on, he was afflicted with epic RPGs, tense shooters, and deep strategy games, never becoming skillful, but never able to quit. He continues to play games (poorly) and share his passion for them to anyone willing to listen.
