A month ago, a title named Embers of Mirrim was announced. The action/puzzle platformer dazzled with its announcement trailer and honestly looked stunning. Now just ahead of GDC, developer Creative Bytes has revealed a brand new video for its creation. Sadly, it’s less than a minute long but doesn’t disappoint in the gameplay and visuals departments. After all there’s a giant frickin worm that can fly and decrepit roots that chase after the main character, who can split into two different beings. You can check out the new trailer for yourself above. Here’s hoping that some more gameplay will come out of this year’s GDC.
Embers of Mirrim is being developed by Creative Bytes, a studio that formed in 2013. The only game solely to their name is Monsters Assemble 3D, an educational mobile title. They have however, been apart of hits like Guacamelee: Super Turbo Championship Edition and Skylanders: SuperChargers. The title is expected to drop sometime this Spring and we’ll let you know when that is as soon as possible.
