At the Paris Games Week, Jump Force received a new trailer, and provided the one remaining critical bit of info – the release date. On February 15, 2019, you will be able to jump with force (this is what passes for jokes, I guess) into the ultimate collision between our world and the Jump universe.
This was not just a replay of past footage. The new Paris stage footage shows some of the landmarks from one of the worlds most famous cities. It doesn’t quite show it in the best condition however. Beyond the new additions seeping into our world, we have an exploding roadway and maybe some minor destruction.
The characters, Kenshiro (Fist of the North Star) and Ryo (City Hunter) don’t have to feel bad when they destroy a little more. Whether ripping up asphalt with the force of your punch or using a bazooka, they are ready for some demolition.
Check out the new trailer, and get ready to destroy save two worlds when Jump Force releases on February 15th.
Press Release from Bandai Namco
Jason became terminally addicted to videogames after receiving the NES at an early age. This addiction grew to include PC gaming and was cemented with the launch of the PS2. From then on, he was afflicted with epic RPGs, tense shooters, and deep strategy games, never becoming skillful, but never able to quit. He continues to play games (poorly) and share his passion for them to anyone willing to listen.
