No Man’s Sky’s release date has been rumoured for a long time now, but we finally have some concrete information for you. Get ready to explore space, name weird space animals and stuff this June 22nd (although the UK will have to wait until June 24th) – with descriptions like that we should be paid to promote games.
However, that’s not all Hello Games had to announce. There will also be a retail version of No Man’s Sky and a Limited Edition. How much will the Limited Edition set you back? Honestly we haven’t got the slightest notion, but we can tell you what’s included in it. You’ll get a physical copy of the game, a steelbook case, a 48 page art book, an exclusive comic, the started kit DLC and a dynamic theme. There’s a picture down below for your viewing pleasure.
One last thing of note is the game is now officially available to pre-order both digitally and at retail.
We sometimes link to online retail stores. If you buy something from our links, we may make a small commission which goes towards keeping the lights on and coffee in the pot.
Conor is Pure PlayStation’s resident Irishman. Naturally that means he’s constantly slurring his words and turning up stinking of Guiness with a potato in his pocket. It’s not all bad though, because Conor is also a PlayStation nut. When he’s not doing his best Father Jack impression (Father Ted, watch it) he’s got a DualShock 4 in his hand and a Vita in the other. Yeah, we don’t know how he manages it either.
