Mafia 3 is one of this year’s most anticipated games, so it’s only natural that eager players will want to read review of the game. We understand that. We get it. You want to know if your pre-order was a pricey mistake or not. Fear not, because we aim to serve.
Mafia 3 publisher, 2K, isn’t actually sending out any review codes before the game’s release this Friday (October 7th) so you’ll be hard pressed to find any reviews before the game actually releases. It’s looking likely that you won’t get to read any meaningful Mafia 3 reviews until after the game is out.
That’s not entirely true though, as we’re hoping to get our review out by Friday morning at the latest or Thursday night at the latest. We should be receiving our copy at some point today, so the hope is that your humble host here for this article will be powering through the game with regular pit stops full of coffee, Red Bull, and plenty of toilet breaks. Aren’t we just so lovely?
So, if you’re looking for a Mafia 3 review, check back in with Pure PlayStation over the next couple of days. We’ll have some great coverage of the game before the review goes up, too, so don’t be a stranger.
Looking forward to Mafia 3? A little shaken that there’s no reviews before release? Take a load off down in our Bayou below.
We sometimes link to online retail stores. If you buy something from our links, we may make a small commission which goes towards keeping the lights on and coffee in the pot.
Chris has been writing about gaming news for far too long, and now he’s doing it even more. A true PlayStation know-it-all, Chris has owned just about every Sony console that ever existed. Trophies are like crack to this fella. (Bronze trophies, that is – he only has one Platinum.)
