If you are looking for a meaty, classic RPG, you might want to check out Pathfinder: Kingmaker Definitive Edition. Releasing today, it brings the tabletop RPG to the consoles with some improvements and upgrades. The new turn-based mode will allow you to better strategize your next moves and help coordinate your attacks against a variety of enemies. The definitive edition also includes six bits of DLC to keep your adventure going even longer.
The game is set in the Pathfinder D&D universe. It’s a deep CRPG set in the Stolen Lands that focuses on gathering your party of companions and setting forth to slay monsters on a grand adventure. Beyond winning, you will set up a kingdom by building towns and ruling them as you see fit. All of this is wrapped up in a world where your choices lead to consequences.
You can check out the trailer for a look at the gameplay, and the game is available now.

Jason became terminally addicted to videogames after receiving the NES at an early age. This addiction grew to include PC gaming and was cemented with the launch of the PS2. From then on, he was afflicted with epic RPGs, tense shooters, and deep strategy games, never becoming skillful, but never able to quit. He continues to play games (poorly) and share his passion for them to anyone willing to listen.
