Persona 5’s release date has been the subject of many, many articles over the last few months but we’re finally happy to be able to stop with the speculation. Well, sort of.
The game has a release date in North America, February 14th, Valentine’s Day. However, there’s no release date for Europe/UK at the time of writing. It’s almost certainly going to release in the UK and Europe at some point but we’ll just have to wait a little longer for a release date.
The good news is that PS3 and PS4 owners alike will be able to enjoy Persona 5 as it’s being released across generations of consoles. Makes sense, really. The PS3 is still hugely popular and the franchise was always a hit in its native Japan on the PS3 – just don’t expect a Vita version anytime soon.

Chris has been writing about gaming news for far too long, and now he’s doing it even more. A true PlayStation know-it-all, Chris has owned just about every Sony console that ever existed. Trophies are like crack to this fella. (Bronze trophies, that is – he only has one Platinum.)
