3DClouds has announced today that players will be able to fly their skull and crossbones in the pirate RPG King of Seas from February 18th, 2021 for PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC. The game will also be playable on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S thanks to backwards compatibility.
To celebrate the announcement of the game’s release date, 3DClouds has clobbered together a short trailer giving players a meagre look at the game’s combat. For a more in-depth look at the game, you should definitely check out our preview, or watch it down below.
King of Seas is an RPG game set in a procedurally generated pirate-world. It’s got a story to follow and some tight gameplay mechanics, but as I said during my original preview, I won’t really be sure about the game until I’ve put a lot more time into it. There’s a lot to see and do with combat, exploration, and even economy taking starring roles in this sea-faring adventure.
