PS4 Exclusive Costume Kingdom Releases October 1st, 2020

Ireland-based development house Stratton Studios has announced that its Halloween-themed adventure game, Costume Kingdom, will be releasing on PS4 on October 1st, 2020 – just in time for the month of spooks and scares.

If you’re not familiar with Costume Kingdom, it’s an action-packed turn-based adventure game set in an open world and played from the third-person. You take on the role of “Rain,” a young child who is on an adventure to beat the Apex Cup and to save the most sacred Goth holiday – Halloween.

The game has a new trailer, which you can watch up above, and it also have a price. It’ll be available for the cheap-and-cheerful price of $9.99, and around £8.19 in the UK, and €9.99 in Europe.

Here’s a quick rundown of the game, as told by the developers:

Build your team of Hallowmon and while trick-or-treating your way through the breath taking Monkchester. You will be collecting costumes & completing quests to unlock mystical abilities that will aid you in defeating the dangerous Pineapple & saving Halloween. The Costume Kingdom title is priced at a pocket-friendly price of $9.99 making this a steal for a game coming out of an award-winning Studio! The Costume Kingdom title is packed with humour, intrigue, and mystery while having that holiday experience warming the hearts of adults and children alike (ESRB 10+)
