The latest firmware update has been released for the PS4, and it’s version 8.01. The update is a fairly small 479MB download and it does absolutely nothing of use. With some players having issues with their consoles after version 8.00, it’s possible that this update brings some fixes, but the official patch notes don’t mention anything specific.
