As we reported last week, there’s a Black Friday sale on the PlayStation Network this week that has gone live with its deals today. What the hell, Sony, don’t you understand the sanctity of sale happening on the actual Friday? What’s the world coming to?
While this author may whinge and moan through his jaded temperament, it’s actually a decent way to kick off the week. Longer sale periods means more money for Sony and the publishers behind the games on offer, but it also gives us players a chance to get what we want without having to tie them down during a relatively small 48-hour window.
There’s a little bit of everything for every PlayStation gamer. There’s deals on PS4 games such as GTA V, Call of Duty, Assassin’s Creed, and many more. Don’t fret if you’re a last-gen player as there are still some offers for you, too. Heck, even the PS Vita gets a look in with a few decent bargains here and there.
Considering that this weekend is the last weekend of the month, we’d put good money ($1/£1) on there being a PSN Flash Sale starting on Black Friday; Flash sales typically take place on the last weekend of the month, and normally there are some amazing deals to be had.

Chris has been writing about gaming news for far too long, and now he’s doing it even more. A true PlayStation know-it-all, Chris has owned just about every Sony console that ever existed. Trophies are like crack to this fella. (Bronze trophies, that is – he only has one Platinum.)
